We run it in sprints: build, test, adjust, repeat. When the details need nailing down, I bring in trusted designers and developers so nothing gets dropped. Ten years of writing taught me form and feeling can't be separated, and years in bars and restaurants taught me how aesthetics pull people in and make them want to stay.
